What will be the date to be entered in memo of appearance while filling a PIL?

Court by the Pleader shortly after his engagement, indicating the date of his engagement.

Thanks s lot! But registry of SC asked for submission of memo of appearance in online PIL in person filling. I got the format from here, but confused with date entry. What's the date to be entered before online submission?
