misguide by isbt consumer court clerk

i have visited the isbt consumer court for filing a case by asking helpline number of consumer that where will be my case file against a inverter battery dealer of address n.g.c services delhi chamber delhi gate new delhi-2. that clerk misguide me to say that this will file in tis hazari.tell me what should i do .i think that clerk is corrupt person.

Contact a local advocate. He/She will guide you about the proper court having jurisdiction in your case.

If a wrong information has been provided by a clerek, it does n;t become a valid ground to call him a corrupt person as you have described him.

Most times of the times happen to every man. Its a human nature of mankind to treat meanly. So it is better to approach a lawyer and follow his advise it doen't mean to engage him, but the initial contact for basic understanding court work is must for easygoing in your case.
