Sir,
I have applied for conversion of land from agriculture to non agriculture land as per the state act of A.P India.
I have submitted Along with the application
1. Registered Sale Deed
2. Mutation Copy (Dated March 2013)
3. Patta passbook and Title Deed (April 2013)
He took almost 3 and half months and rejected the File by saying In the computer Pahanies your name have not been entered.
Q1 Who is going to enter the entries into pahanies after the mutation and patta passbook and title deed. IS IT MY FAULT NOT UPDATING WITH THEM.
Q2.ANY PUNISHMENT FOR MISS USING POWER UNDER THE LAW.
Q3.WHAT IS PROCEDURE TO UPDATE PAHANIES WHE EVER THEIR IS CHANGE.
Q3 I WANT TO PURSUE THIS MATTER LEGALLY AGAINST MRO FOR MISSUSING HIS POWER IS THEIR ANY LEGAL REMEDY TO PRESS CHARGE DIAMAGES AGAINST M.R.O

File a Revision Petition before the Revenue Divisional Officer, as against the written endorsement of the MRO.

Writ is the only remedy in the given case if revenue authorities have finally failed to provide you your legal right.

IS THERE ANY PUNISHMENT OR FINE FOR THE OFFICER KNOWINGLY DOING WRONG BECAUSE OF THEIR POWER. IF IT PROVED THAT HE HAD DONE WRONG.
THE REASON WHY I AM ASKING THIS QUESTION IS BECAUSE M.R.O HAD ASKED ME MONEY TO CLEAR THE FILE. I HAD NOT GIVEN THE MONEY SO HE HAD REJECTED MY FILE BY SAYING MY NAME ARE NOT ENTERED IN THE PAHANIES. EVEN AFTER I GOT THE MUTATION AND PATTA PASSBOOK AND TITLE DEEDS.
I JUST WANTED TO KNOW IF I CAN SUE HIM FOR MISS USING HIS POWER TO REJECT MY FILE WITH A SILLY REASON. IF THEY ARE NOT AFRAID THEY ARE GOING TO LIKE THIS.
IF I AM GOING TO COURT FOR THIS REASON IT IS GOING TAKE LOT OF TIME AND MONEY. I KNOW THE COURT WILL SAY THE M.R.O TO LOOK INTO IT DO THE NEED FULL.
AT THE END OF DAY I AM RUNNING AROUND THE COURT M.R.O IS HAPPILY DOING HIS JOB. I WANT TO KNOW IS THEIR ANY PUNISHMENT TO M.R.O FOR HIS WRONG DOING AS PER THE LAW PLEASE HELP ME. AFTER FILING IN THE COURT AT LEAST I WILL SATISFIED M.R.O GOT SOME PUNISHMENT.
