You have done good efforts but as I have seen you respond for the queries related to your expertise others do not follow these ethics hence disincentive for replies.
Adm must address to this problem otherwise slowly and surely the utility will erode.

HAD CONTRIBUTED A LOT:
Due to old age, preferred retirement.
Raj Kumar Makkad ji do appear, and have his own website.
I agree with views of Shri JSDN-advocate DEFENSE.
Why you forgot Top Ten "TOM", who was removed by ADM, and was re-instated again in Feb 2012, and thereafter Shri Arunagiri, Shri Barman, Shri Ramchandran, Shri Raj Kumar Makkad etc decreased their contributions drastically. ADM failed to justify their action, and it resulted this way.
Even I had not received a "Cup" despite claiming it, as a top Member Experts,and ADM did not even reply.
So Top Leader Experts know, there is no use, no value here. Over and above, few Queries use abusive words, insult Experts!!!So many expert left recently.
Many of them started their own Legal websites
Vishal, I know. ADM Will delete this thread or my reply. They can't take any positive action

Mr vishal
even i have observed that number of top experts are missing in action .
Mr makkad has started his own website
Mr prbahkar singhji has retired
Mr Arunaigiri has decided not to reply to queries any more on LCI
Mr barman / Mr Tom can be seen occassionally .
Mr Shailesh shah is busy with his court cases .
LCi used to be full of life those days when we had these members replying to various queries .
i second mR Vishal request that the various members mentioned in list should reply to various queries .
i do hope tht adminstration contacts these experts and requests them to continue the contirbution made to this site
