Missing of parking in index 2

The flat was registered in the year 2008.The builder has allotted the parking however it is handwritten by the builder and signed on the schedule 3.As now the process of making completion certificate is under process by the society members (which had to be done by the builder),I checked for the details online and there’s no mentioning of Parking done there.Is there any possible solution to this problem?

Yes. The builder/Owner shall execute a Rectification deed for that sale deed.

Parking can not be sold as law laid down by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.

Yes parking can not be sold legally.If builder had agreed and charged the money for separate parking then he has to provide you such parking or has to return the parking charges .

Hello, Thank you all for the advice.Is the rectification deed possible now as the flat was bought in year 2008.Also other 3 society members have the same issue,All 4 are the amongst the first ones to book the flat.When we approached the builder he threatens to file a case for disturbing him, mentioning he's undergone heart surgery and wont help in any manner.
