First, enquire as to whether there is any local law on this issue.Second get, opinions from experts in this field to show that there are indeed radiation hazards & the extent thereof.
After U have done your homework & armed with sufficient materials, give a notice to the Company asking it to remove the towers.Give notice also to the local Pollution Control Board as well as the local Health Dept.
After such notice, if the CO. fails to act, move an application under Art. 226 of the Constitution of India in the Kerala HC.

please check whehter they have obtained permission from local muncipal corporation
secondly whether they have furnished structural engineer certificate that the neighbour house can withstand the load
as far as radiation hazards are concerned the local mucipal corporation has to satisfy itself that it wont casue any radiation hazards .
use RTi obtain necessary information .
then engage a lawyer and file writ challenging permission granted

Such tower emanate dangerous radiations to the neighboring population to the extend of 100 meters, so what are the precaution available to the neighboring population.Does Municipal consent is enough without taking preventive measures for the neighboring population?

Every state has its own rules for installation of mobile tower.
Mobile tower can't be install without permissions of Municipal/Developement Authority. You have to check on thier office or through RTI.
If its installed without permission, make complain before Municipal/Developement Authority. They would remove the same.

Agree with common opinion expressed by experts ,however even if Municipality has allowed, action on apprehension of the kind you have is actionable in tort making municipality also a party.
