Mortgage under Transfer of Property Act

Dear Sirs,
Kindly favour me by sending a list of notified towns of India, where mortgage by deposit of deed of title is permitted. Please refer Section 58 (f) of The Transfer of property Act.

You can Verify the List of Notified Towns in the Books- on Transfer of Proerty Act & Registration Act -as Annexures to the said Books.
