Mother's right over married daughter

(Querist) 05 December 2016 This query is : Resolved
Sirs....my cousin sister is being heavily drugged by her husband and is endangering her life. my aunt is a widow living with my cousin brother and the victim girl is the only daughter. My aunt wishes to take the victim girl and admit her in a deaddiction center without the permission of the victim's husband. what i wish to know is whether Law allows a mother to take her married daughter to an deaddiction center and get her treated. Or does she need the consent of the husband to admit her. Please help the poor victim.

If you are Prepared file a Police Complaint and Police would help you in your aim.Or in a Polite Manner invite her to your Place and Let the De addiction People take her.

As a Mother she has all the Rights to Take care of her Daughter whether the daughter is Married Or Not.Any Objection from her husband for a Mother's Good intention to rectify the Daughter could land the husband in Prison.

I honestly agree with advise of Mr.NJSR alias Narasimha sir. Amicably talk with her husband and if he does not hear her words, then make a complaint in police station against her son-in-law.
