Municipal court appeal against judgement.

I am a client, What is the time period to appeal against the judgement in municipal Court and what is the procedure lawyer need to follow for the appeal. After judgement we already lost 10 days. Please help me.

This depends on the law applicable to your local municipality. An appeal usually is given at least 30 days + the time reqd. for obtaining Certified copy of the impugned order. Check with a local lawyer.
