we have filed maintenance suit in 1977 and is decreed in my favour. afterwards i filed partition suit and got judgement in my favour. now, the suit is pending in high court. please let me know the rules and regulations on

1. building plan approvals can be sanctioned on the properties pending in high court partition suit by municipal office
I will pay amount on receipt of information with recent rules
