causing death which wud amount cul nt amt2 murder but in fact caused death of child in womb.causing death which wud amt2 murder.is there punishment for murder in last case or punishment for cul nt ant 2 mur.

my case now becomes tuff if u got it.my question is if child has got off the body of women whose death is caused now double or single murder.by the way question is useless becous a man dies once.but can fine etc be made severer otherwise than in single murder.

299 and 300 of I P C though the explanation and exception to each other, there is specific provision for the seperate offences. likewise the causing death of child in womb. so veracity of offene and its effect co-relates the punishment .

section 313 talk abt single death without consent. 299 n 300 define what or what is not murder.as regard double murder debate i stirred no mention i found.

sorry 313 covers both case.my ques is not double or single.my question is about sentence.its beyond doubt that law covers cases of double murder but what sentence to be passed then

It is clearly mentioned under section 313 of IPC. You go though language of this section and sentence mentioned therein.
