my boyfriend has done sex with me with my consent 4times and squeezed my hymen so that i may not go and marry another guy.But now he is not agreeing to marry me.I told his parents since he is trying to cheat me.But still he and his parents are not agreeing and threatning me that do what ever you want but we are not interested.Since his father is a Railway driver he is giving me threats saying that he will commit sucide if i will call him and report to his officer so please give me legal advice.To lodge rape case against my boyfriend i dont have any proofs except photos of him with me but i have voice recordings he threatning me asking me to die,telling me that he had sexual intercourse etc. Are they enough to lodge a rape case

Sex on promise of marriage amounts to rape.
So you can file such case.
Since they are threatening you, you can file case of criminal intimidation as well.

Dear Sotu,
Of course, I agree with the advice of Shri Devajyoti Barman and would ask you to proceed as guided, but the question arises, how you can say that your boy friend could have sexual relations with you for 18 times that too WITHOUT your consent? If you file cases with such type of unreal contentions, you are not likely to gain anything, as nobody would agree to that. The reality is that your consent was there, but with a condition & promise of marriage.

I am 100% agree wi the reply of my Sr Ld Dhingra saheb, pls dont use the word without consent, bcoz 18 time repetedly cant be done without consent, if done you might have been kidnapped but not like so, every thing done against the promise of marriage, so better u try to convince your friend, his parents& also ur parents, if both side parents will come forward, there must be some solution bcoz they might be knowing the consequence being accused of the case u/s 376 rape & make them agree for marriage & a better life , bcoz after filing case relation will be ruined & u will never get what u dreamt, u will only get may be he will go behind the bars, so think +ve & think in peaceful mind then only take any step, this is my only advice but being a human u r best judge of your own, of cource physical relation promising marriage thereafter denial comes within the perview of rape but not without consent

IT WAS A RAPE TECHNICALLY/LEGALLY IN YOUR CASE AS THE CONSENT OF SEX WAS GIVEN ON THE PROMISE OF MAIRRAGE. RAPE CASE CAN BE REGISTERED BUT DON'T EXPECT MAIRRAGE AFTERWARDS BECAUSE IT WILL NOT STAND LONG.

Delete the words "without consent" and fight for your case. You are not a minor, you were not kidnapped and the act is repeated many times. Hence even if you say without your consent - it is not believable.

How he had sex with you 18 times, with out your consent? If you allege this, it will be fiercely challenged by his advocate.
Your allagation should be having sex with the promise of marriage which amounts to rape.
