Dear Sir,
Mera Naam Sangeeta hai, Kya meri mother ki property per mera adhikar banta hai, property ki registy 1971 me meri mother ke naam per hui thi. meri mother ne 26.03.1988 me ek vasiyat ki thi usme mere 4 brothers ke naam kar di thi us time meri age 4 years ki thi. meri mother is death 1999 me ho chuki hai. kya mera koi adhikar banta hai

Aap ka koi adhikar nahin hai.
Aap ki mother ne apni property ko kaise bhi bhant sakthi hai. Agar unhone vasiyat ke jariye property ko apne puthron keliya lik diya tho aap kuch kar nahin sakthi. Fir bhi, abhi tho 24 saal beeth chuki hai. Jab aap ki mother 1999 mein guzar chuki tho thab aap major ho chuki thi aur agar aap ko vasiyat ke bare mei koi aapathi ya shak thi tho aap ko adalat mein jana chahiye. Aap ne tho aisa kuch nahin kiya. Ab tho bahuth der ho chuki hai.
