I am ramjan beebi,my son name is mohamed ismail, my husband was dead 12 years back,i have three daughters,still now he didn't give any financial help to my family,he is always torchering me and my daughters,his wife using abusing words,he took all my daughter's jewels and LIC money,every day torcherin through phones,he is working in saudhi arabia, how to file the case against him,pls give me the solutions,

you can file maintenance under Criminal Procedure Code

Not only maintenance can be claimed by you but you can also file an application under section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 vide which police protection can be got availed by you as well your daughters against him.

You can file for maintainence from your son under Criminal Procedure Code and as advised by Makkad sir u can also file application under section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005
