in villege town (under grampanchayt )who will give land permmision is na plot ?..
tahsildar or dist collecter but it parmanant basis ...
seconde one..
in grampanchayt under construction projet,
who will give the construction and floor permission to builder ??..
grampanchayt have right to give the permission of project...pls give the advise to me....sir

i have buy a flat but this is under constrution and this land is under grampanchayt area (villege town)when i have ask ? to builder representetiv this land na approved by tahsidar and construction permmision approve by gram panchayt that why i have ask ??? becase you can give genral ideai with legel concern which is heplfuly to me ...
