Dear Sir/Madam
I am working with infrastructure co base gujarat.Its a Pvt Ltd company wants to purchase agricultural land in dist Kutch ( gujarat) for commercial plotting, Residential Township and Commercial offices/shops/Mall/Hospital etcs.
Now Problem is company cannot purchase agricultural land in gujarat, so unable to get permission for NA. Director of co. are farmers of gujarat.
Please suggest any provision for purchase of agricultural land in the name of company and NA Procedure.
Please assist......

if directors are farmers they can purchase agricultural land in their names . conver it into Na . then sell it to company

One of options as Sethisab advised,you can also introduce agricultural land as share capital assets.Secondly for industrial purpose one can purchase Agricultural land under sec 63/1A provided in the memorandum and articles of association should contain the primary object.
