What is the proof of renaming the old Trust? Since the property is held in the name of the old trust it continues in the old name and holds good. The name cannot be corrected in the registered property documents except with an order of the court.

The Property is in the name of the Trust with old Trust Name and corresponding to new Trust Name. The Document may be in the name of the Old Trust name and to remains the property of the Trust with old & New Trust Name . The Property shall be mentioned as belongs to Trust with Present name corresponding to Old Name in the all documents / sale Deed !

The Change of Name of Trust has to be properly recorded with the Authority where the the Trust is Registered , if the Trust is registered
If the Turst is created under a Registered Trust Deed Document registered with Rgistrar of Assurances ,a supplemental Trust Deed recording the change of name to be Registered with referecne to the original Regd Trust Deed .
The Change of name of Trust be Notified in News papers and the Gazette
It will relate the Old Name & New Name of the Trust with reference to all the properties and affairs of the Trust
