Sir
I want to start a business with a same name which a company is alredy registered but in different country.
I want to clarify my query as
Suppose Mr. X want to register a company with name Reliance Communication Bhutan in Bhutan but Reliance communication is registered in india by Mr Y. if Mr. X register with these name what will be legal consequences of the same.
Will Reliance communication India will sue on Mr. X

You may do so provided that you are ready to pay damages of millions or billions of dollars to the originally registed company for using goodwill of a reputed company and also to change the name subsequently.

Follow Companies (Name Availability) Rules, 2011.

If a foreign company is incorporating its subsidiary company, then the original name of the holding company as it is may be allowed
with the addition of word India or name of any Indian state or city, if otherwise available.
