Nativity in intigrated {caste,nativity,date of birth}certificate

dear sir,
I received integrated certificate in 01/08/2013.but nativity was not mention in my certificate that was mentioned in caste and date of birth only. what was I am doing for nativity?**********
mee seava organiser said that nativity not mentioned in integrated certificate but compulsory you wanted? then take residence certificate. but residence certificate valued in 6 months only. but I want permanent certificate what can I do for nativity permanent.
