hi am a tv producer at a govt. organisation(can't name it here). it's that we are working on a special series for special able kids. i need help from an expert to know off their legal rights provided to them by our constitution. this is in the beginning phase (research phase) will tell all the details once we meet.....

Though Indian Constitution has no specific clause pertaining the children right, there are several laws enacted for the protection for child which regulate the working hours, the environment at work, protection from harassment etc in any industries. Furthermore, there are specific provisions and Act for differently abled child as well.
