my wife is planing to put case 498a against our family and a lawyer said to get a under section 9 for safety to get bail easily. I want to what are benefit to get under section 9 before put 498a case?

There is nothing in law which can define, describe or state and prescribe you or any other litigent in the "benefit to get"

That matter is I married solemnise on 25.04.2011 but since very beginning my wife often used to live in her parents house and the parents also insist her to go to her father`s house and most important that till now we have not any physical relation. and that several time my wife`s parent disturb and breaking the peace of my family members not only that she did not take to give prestige to her in-laws. on 10.07.11 she is given a written statement that not to disturb to me and my family in future and if disturb she will may take shelter before any component court of law.
on 12.03.13 she voluntarily left my house with all the stridhan property with help of her parents, uncle with sound health, but after six months she send the pleader notice for to harass and torture. I and my family members never tortured upon to my wife.

Talk to them nicely and drag the matter for long. The way they proceeding slowly will make their case weak and weaker.
IF you have not tortured her, no one can prove you did.
Better get rid of her by divorce.
Than taking trouble of fighting court cases.

25/04/2011 is the date of marriage and as you state 'on 10.07.11 she is given a written statement that not to disturb to me and my family in future and if disturb she will may take shelter before any component(competent) court of law.'
So things shaped deteriorated right after 3 months.Then you state 'on 12.03.13 she voluntarily left my house with all the stridhan property with help of her parents, uncle with sound health, but after six months she send the pleader notice for to harass and torture. I and my family members never tortured upon to my wife.'There is no coherence in the story spoken.Refine it a little more so that it gets fit.

Aaj ek baar fir dopahar main ek baitak hui karib 15 logo ke beech ki Agar ladka aur ladki ek dusre se kareeb do saal main koyi samband nahi hui to een dono ko divorce karke ke alag kar diya jaye aur jo stree dhan diya gaya hai use lota diya jaye aur upper se 200000.00 bhi diya jaye taki ladki ka dusra vivah kar sake. Toh hamne bhi use agree kiya aur kuch log hamare taraf se aur unke taraf se ek promise letter likha gaya ki ladka aur ladki ka kuch karan se yeh vivah success nahi hua toh 29/11/2013 ko court main ja kar divorce lege aur wahi par stree dhan ke sath 200000.00 bhi de diya jaye aur uske bad mere Papa ne aur ladki ke father aur waha par jitne logo ne us letter par sign kiya aur original paper main admi ke pass hai aur ek-ek copy x-rox ka sabhi logo ke pass diya gaya . But my question that humne jo kuch bhi kar chuke hai keya yeh sahi hua ya fir galat agar galat kiya to keya galat kiya aur usse bachne ka koyi rasta hai. After long time, my wife did agree for mutual divorce but return to streedhan with future maintenance Rs. 200000.00 without cheque/any third party before singing in divorce petition and we are also agree for mutual divorce but after get divorce paper we `ll give all things, because I don`t beleive them after taking all things again she can come in my house whenever we `ll give streedhan and singing chekque but they are not agree with me. In that situation what should I do?
