Need help - reg termination from services

Dear Sir ,
iam J.V.Vasantha kumar from pondicherry . i have been working as probationary officer in Puduvai bharathiar grama bank . A regional rural bank sponsored by Indian Bank .
i was terminated from services stating that i was rude to the chairman and i didnt attend review meeting .
he was supported by the general manager who is the inquiry officer and public information officer. i approached a High court lawyer who told that i dont have merits on my part .
i want the details of the documents , evidences , reports , statements that i can request the bank as an ex employee or public to the bank through RTi or by letters .
so please guide me the list of details that i can ask to the bank so that i can have a base on my stand in judiciary .
please help me sirs .......

This is a good case to be filed before CAT.
Engage a good lawyer who deal with service matters to get justice.

s sir . my lawyer filed a petition and it has been accepted.
i need the list of documents , reports , statements that can be requested through RTI or ordinary Letter ..
can u suggest me some ideas sir ?

There is no need to invoke RTI Act in your case as you are legally entitled to get entire documents which had been relied upon against you during the enquiry or entire departmental proceeding so move an application through registered post and if you are not supplied with those documents, it shall further benefit you.

what are the documents i can get through registered post sir .
i need my character report , performance report , my serivce report from the branch managers under whom i was posted . they know that the chairman often took revenge on me supported by the general manager .after framing charges on me he assigned me regional transfer sir .
can i get statements from the managers sir . is it possible ?

i was terminated on 11-05-2012
on 10-05-2012 i was on deputation . on 11-05-2012 morning i was given the termination order dt 10-05-2012 . i was not allowed to sign the attendance and login
becoz the order was sent through on officer not by means of any post sir .
i was even assigned deputation on 11-05-2012 . but the chairman called the officer and told him that ur leave has been cancelled nd get keys from vasanth .tis was happnd at 9.30 pm sir .
i was not informed abt cancellation of deputation .the officer came and collected his branch keys and went .
The chairman pre planned everythg sir . i askd he officer to give written statement of happenings of 10-05-2012 night reg orders of chairman . he refused to gv me statement sir .
as judiciary needs witness / evidences for everythg iam here to seek help
so whoever have any ideas please tell me

In the given facts, you can demand every document from your service book and file including the documents relied upon by the management against you while dismissing you from service. You can even summon entire documents before CAT and non-supply of the desired documents shall invite an adverse inference against the employer.
