Take up the matter with the Superintendent of Police and if SP fails to act, file a complaint before the Judicial Magistrate or Metropolitan Magistrate.

Is shop owner just thrown away your goods or he sold? First clear it sir.. Cos throwing away only mean its will not fall under. Section 380 I.p.c
M/s. Y-not legal services (Expert) 11 April 2015
If he sold without your knowledge mean you can make it as 380 I.p.c offence..

If police not take any steps mean just go before your concern judicial magistrate by filing a private complaint..

Whether any court order of eviction or otherwise existed against you?

File direct complaint with the magistrate.

You can file civil suit to claim damages and cost.
Shantilal Pandya (Expert) 11 April 2015
If you are dispossessed you can claim restoration of possession with damages through a civil suit.
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 12 April 2015
I agree with expert's advise, for restoration of possession and compensation for damages file a civil suit. You should also pursue and proceed with the complaint case/FIR simultaneously.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 13 April 2015
I agree with the views of experts above.
