no financial support from husband

My sister married for last 13 years,having two children,age 12 and 5years.her husband does not look after them financially or in any other way.they are at my place at present.what action to be taken

she can file for maintenance and for restitution of conjugal rights

Yes , she can file application u/s 125 crpc or u/s 12 of the Domestic Violence Act for maintenance of herself and the children.
