I Want to purchase a Flat in SRA Scheme Building. The Main information is as under
The Building has completed 10 years.
The Seller has already paid Stamp Duty and Registration in 2007.
The Society is proposed and there is Nobody as Committee Members.
Builder is not ready easily to give NOC for Sale of Flat.
Can SRA give NOC for sale of flats.
What are the other documents required for such transaction.

since no society is formed dont take the risk without consulting a local lawyer and going through the flat papers . in addition builder is not willing to give NOC . is the seller in posession of said premises for 10 years as original allottee

SRA is competent authority to provide NOC though the same is no required for sale of flat. It shall be better to enquire from the office of the registrar the list of required documents for this purpose.
