Mr. A a pensioner died without nomination having pension account with X bank now his wife gets the family pension. whose name is mentioned in the PPO (i.e. pension pay order) She has claim over the money credited in her husbands pension account. Is there necessity to fill up the form of disclaimer and indemnity bond by his sons and daughters who are major and married. Both the pension accounts are in the same bank.

Yes, the disclaimer and indemnity are required to be executed since the sons and daughters are also legally entitled for a share in all movable & immovable property of the deceased.
