Not recieved salary for 2 months

2 years ago I joined this organisation and worked there for almost 2 months and then resigned from that organisation. But till date i have not recieved the salary for those 2 months. The organisation is closed now(no longer operational). I only have joining letter for that organisation.

Is there any way i can get my salary back.

File suit for recovery of money.
Case of criminal breach of trust may also help you.

yes u can file the recovery suit , what is in the appointment letter.

as the company is no more under operational,u have to file recovery suit under appropriate jurisdiction.....plz.consult lawyer with ur appointment letter,identity card proof etc to prove ur claim.....thanks.
