Notice to wife

My friend wife is in an affair with her boss.
She now want him to divorce leaving her family and 2 kids.
My friend wants to serve a notice to his wife and also to his boss about this affair and want his wife suspended from job immediately or his boss sacked for womanizing co workers..
What is the best way to go about.
for sure my friend wants to teach his wife's boss a lesson..

try to collect the evidence against the wife and her boss. then lodge criminal complaint against then U/S 494 Ipc

First of all collect you must collect evidence of your allegations and file a criminal case against the adulterer and a divorce as well on the ground of adultery.Notice will be of no use.
