Objection letter Sub registrar - Injunction Order

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 23 October 2018 This query is : Resolved
Dear Experts,
There is a property in the name of my grand mother, I'm the legal ancestor after the expiry of my grand father (as my father expired), but elder son (my father's brother) forcing my grand mother to transfer the whole property in the name of him

I approached sub-registrar with written complaint on paper to stop registration if they approaches in future, but registrar not accepted instead he asked us to get Injunction Order from the Court.

Can i get Injunction Order for the above reason?

How much time it will take to get injunction order?

How much approx cost (including professional fee+Court fee+ others) ,I should incur for injunction order?

Is there any alternative to stop registration other than injunction order

Dear Sir,
Yes, you have to file a suit for partition or for some other reliefs. The fee structure of the advocate depends upon their profile.
