Accused is goverment bank employee. Please suggest me the option to get out of this. Either these offences are compoundable or not And Bailable or not in highcourt.

Dear Client,

Section 420, 467, 468,471 read WITH 66(d) ARE Non COMPOUNDABLE NON COGNIZABLE AND non BAILABLE OFFENCES. As PER SETTLED BAIL Law bail is the rule jail is an exception. Some of them Such as section 371 and section 66 of Information Technology Act act are compoundable, cognizable and bailable and court under section 320 Cr.P.C may permit the parties to compound these non compoundable cases and grants bail.No wonder bail is denied to your friend in such serious crimes.
