offense against purchase of ancestral property with knowingl

Sir , our ancestral immovable property my younger brother was sold to Mr.venkoba . but it is important to note that Mr.venkoba was came over to residence of joint family house enquired the legal heirs with knowingly he got register the property without legal heirs knowledge hence he was committed an offense in which IPC sections will be applicable please suggest us

It is a civil matter please file civil suit. Appoint Advocate for the same.

Rightly Advised by Expert/ Advocate Mr.Shirish Pawar.If at all you wish IPC to be involved it should be first against your brother who had sold the Property who could be A1 in the charge sheet and the buyer would be A2. A Cheating complaint of Criminal Offence could be filed but should be drafted perfectly..Ofcourse the Police Complaint could fetch a Speedy Remedy. Discuss with good Advocate Locally.
