Sir,
I am seller of my flat to a buyer under Re-sale.
The buyers bank is asking for my ORIGINAL agreement with the builder to be surrendered to them for the part loan tobe sanctioned to the buyer of my flat.
Why should I part with my ORIGINAL Agreement when I am entering into Re-sale agreement with the buyer.
Kindly Advice justly and oblgie.

u can file notary attested copy of agreement.

Bank required to verify the title of the property hence before sanctioning loan they are doing their part of duties, if at all they are asking original one , it will be returnable from them.

visit the bank . show them originals and in case bank wants it for verification obtain letter from bank that original documents have been received by them and they will be returned after verification
