(Querist) 30 July 2013 This query is : Resolved 
I am defendant want to file out of order petition [party in person],in civil suit,

1- should i give notice to plaintiffs advocate.

2- how to give notice to the opp. party.

3- should i mention all the facts intended
in the petition.

4- is it like regular application filed in court.

5- will the court decide the petiton on same day of filing the petition.
