Ownership of a building under maharashtra (kalyan dombivali

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 08 October 2017 This query is : Resolved
My Family resides in a Pagdi flat and owner has asked for possession of the flat under Bona fide requirement. I would like to know the details regarding the property. How can i get the below details. 1. Who's the owner of the property from 1980. 2. what are the documents which makes one person owner of the land and building. 3. There are rumors that the premises would go for re development, if that is true, can we do something to retain our flat legally. Please advise.

A tenant has only residential rights till he observes the Bye-laws of the Maharashtra Rent Act.
You can get your required information from the Municipal corporation.
A legal tenant can demand an equivalent area in the new building. The new premises are usually offered on ownership basis as a practice.

No advice from me to an author who is anonymous.

You can post the query in fresh thread with your identity and material facts.

@Rajendra K Goyal,

As an infant of merely 2 years of age, when you are not capable to give any advice, how the anonymous author is going to be affected, if you do not intend to give any advice to him?

Even otherwise also, what is the validity of an advice by an infant of 2 years of age. First attain majority and only then speak about advice of any kind.

@ Anonymous querist,

You need not worry about such people. These type of people, when don't know the answer to a query, just try to play only number game by posting merely vague and irrelevant posts in a bid to ride on the top of the Hall of Fame at the LCI without any valuable contribution.

In fact, you could have asked a direct question from Mr. Rajendra K Goyal, whether you compelled or specifically requested him to give any advice.You can also ask him a question, whether he would be able to give advice, if you introduce yourself to him?

You can very well guess, when he does not know ABC of law pertaining to your law, how he can advise you?

JIGYASU - Legal analyst

Very easy to comment on others..

Should try to contribute if possible / have capacity.

What any expert would gain if his numbers increase?

@Rajendra K Goyal,

Leave aside my contribution, just tell what is your own contribution. I am just a learner as well as an analyst, while you pretend to be a legal expert, but has failed to make contribution on your part with any exclusive advice..

It is very easy for you to pretend, "no advice .... to an author who is anonymous," just to hide your weakness, rather than admitting that you don't have even a bit of knowledge to provide any solution on the subject matter.

Everyone knows that you don't render any advice, just play the number game to show, how many replies you made, may be very vague and irrelevant.
