Dear Sir/Madam,
Presently i am staying in a house owned by my Grand father, who expired 24 years ago and my father expired 7 years ago. my father has a brother two sisters who are alive.
I would like to know that whether I can get this property through easement Act or Not.
I also would like to know the procedure for getting ownership of this property.

all the legal heirs of your grandpa are having equal rights over the property, if he died intestate. if all the other legal heirs have no objection to transfer their rights over the property in favour of you, then get a relinquishment/release deed executed in your favour, then you will get ownership of the property.

Try to have amicable settlement with all the legal heirs.

Experts guided properly. Easement Rights are different. Do not confuse. Go as per the advice of the experts.
