Hello , my father bought a shop in 1990 on pagdi basis now he is no more and landlord is saying you can run it coz your father is dead and new law has passes that you need to vacate the landlord property. I want to ask is there any law passed in delhi?? Coz now i want to sale it ! Please huide me what to reply him in a perfect manner so that his mouth can be shut!!! He is forcing me daily to vacate!

Dear sir
Kindly go through the messages .. both the queries are different sir... i am not misusing .. that time i just asked about the the eviction and im the new query i have asked about the pagdi law which my landlord is saying that if you want to retain the shop theni need to register first coz my father is dead. And the new receipt will be issued under my name and he is charging 1 lac rupees to change the name from receipt. Its just i asked in the new query that is there any law passed a year back in favour of landlords in delhi ????
