Parking was not purchased during flat registration as I planned to purchase it later. I have now paid 1.25 Lac to my builder for parking space.
Builder is saying he cannot register or notary the parking due to new law enforcement however he is ready to give parking allotment on letter head. Society is not yet formed.
Please let me know at earliest, “what will be official document for parking space allocation to me from builder” so once society is formed other people cannot claim my parking space.

parking has commen in the socities in the basement as easement right.

I spoke with him today. He said he can give ma Parking allotment letter on his letter head and it is legal document.

my hesitation is during society formation there should be no problem and in case I sell the flat third party should be ready to accept this document and pay me parking amount. Not sure letter head can be treated as Legal document.

Try to get NOC from other Owners also.

It is a society of 7 flats with 270 flats. Parking is allocated to me in other building as parking was not available
