Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 12 August 2011 This query is : Resolved
If the Partition Suit filed by daughter by her mother as a care taker, can demand 50% from me..?
It seems there is no merits of Arguments, Can I challenge for dismissing the partition suit.? & Demand for the Damages made..?, They advertise the local news papers saying that Properties Not to be BUY / SALE.

You have not mentioned your status and your relation wit that daughter and his mother?

If anyone is co-owner of any property, he can seek its partition from court of law and this is not a matter of such hue nd cry s you are showing. Put your entire case before court through a lawyer and wait for outcome.

My daughter aged : 14 staying with my wife, we have some mis-understanding & staying apart.. : No Divorce Case pending, Properties Not self acquired, My mother give this properties by Gift settlement Deed, She got it when My father passed away about 40 years back, what should I do..?

The property in question is your personal property. Nobody (including wife or daughter or son) can claim any share from the same. The partition suit if any filed by anybody would be ill-conceived and is not maintainable.
