When BAnks are barred to finance loans on immovable properties when pending in court why not Sub Registrar office. Sub Registrar office is also a Govt department and they should see welfare of public in general and before Registration they have to take into account of public notice given in Newspaper and should be reflected in remarks column of EC. Welfare of the purchaser also should be taken into account and purpose of EC will be served
