Respected Sir/Madam,
I’m based in Mumbai. I desperately need some help.
I can’t afford a lawyer, will any of the EXPERTS be kind enough to consider taking up my case (Partition Suit)?
I would be eternally grateful.

You can contact the Legal Services Authority at the Bombay High Court which may agree to provide you free legal aid to contest your case.

It is very easy. You have to make a simple application supported with your duly sworn affidavit before your nearest judicial magistrate and shall have to pray to provide you free legal aid as you have no enough economic sources to afford the legal expenses. He shall not only provide you a competent lawyer but also all legal expenses connected thereto like typing expenses, court stamps etc.

Thank you so much for your response. It would be really great if any of the EXPERTS based in MUMBAI could hold my hand & personally guide me through.
I will do all the leg work, just need someone to spare sometime to guide me in person as I have other issues too that need to be discussed.

You are going to file partition suit and not ready to pay for a lawyer.... Surprising.
Anyways, move an application for legal aid as advised by experts.
