partnership firm

Sir
my client is having partnership firm with 3 partners one partner died so whether he has to inform Registrsr of firms and which deed they have to makeriven

if it was at will, then the current partnership shall be dissolved and you must enter into a new partnership.
both the deeds shall be duly communicated to the registrar.

if not at will, then look at the relevant provisions of the deed.riven

I would like to add a line to Manish reply, you need to intimate the death of the partner to the registrar by filing the relevant Form V with the registrar of firms.riven
