Dear Expert,
When i was 6 month that time i and my mom dad migrate from nepal after that i never gone to nepal i permanently settle here. I did my schooling and graduation from mumbai and I had all proof of identity & Resident like PAN, Votor ID,Ration Card,Adhar,Driving Licence,bank paasbook and College Leaving Certificate. I had applied for passport by registration / neutilization what certificate they will demand for place of bith? or should i have give affidavit?
Please give your valuable suggestion as earliest.

Dear Dinesh
its dpend on your Date of Birth, if your birth is after 1989 then Birth certificate is mandatory. secondly your parents are indian or Nepalis,if Nepalis then you can not get Passport because passport can be issue only to indian citizen

Thanks for your reply my DOB is 10.05.1987 My parents are nepali since 1987 they never gone to nepal they permanently settle here. My parents as well as me have all the proof of Resident and Idenity.

Yes but you can apply for passport in ground of naturalisation.
