R/SIR, I AM VIJAY KUMAR AN EX SERVICEMAN RETIRED ON 01/01/2010 AND RE-EMPLOYED IN INDIA POST ON 25/02/2011 AS A POSTAL ASSISTANT. I WANT TO KNOW THAT I AM ELIGIBLE FOR PAY PROTECTION OR NOT FROM POSTAL SERVICE.

You will have to apply to the Director General Posts through proper channel for condonation of break in service for the period from 01.01.2010 to 24.02.2011. However, the same depends upon the the discretion of the competent authority.
