I have full sympathy towards you and it is very pity that despite of having lot of evidence in your hand, law is not coming in your favour and still you are undecided what to do.
I suggest you to go to High Court under Art 226 and bring all these facts on oath with documentary evidence an demand a thorough enquiry in the while matter and action against all erring officials with your immediate reinstatement in the service.

It is seen that you both were employed on contractual basis. Hence the case of re-engagement depends on the terms of your employment on contractual basis.
The complaint of sexual harassment against the officer would not in itself be a ground for seeking re-engagement.
Further, it is not clear as to how you seek re-engagement as a matter of right and as to how the order discontinuing your service is stated to be illegal.
The documents need to be read before a proper guidance could be given.
