Dear Experts
Due to non employment , I was unable to pay my EMI for 8 Months.I may require an expert to guide me to get court order with respect to my personal loan.
I have given PDC for the loan and one cheque have been bounced back by them.
I had a discussion with a lawyer at chennai, he asked me more fees. I want a lawyer from Chennai(Madras) High court.

As the matter is already in legal course,U have to fight it out engaging a competent lawyer in Chennai.Regarding Lawyers there are many in the forum belonging to Chennai/U can browse them.

Either pay to the bank or face the case. Professional charges can be discussed with the lawyer locally.

U cannot escape payment of PL,U have to shell down tons of money running after courts.hence better go for a settlement with the bank.

There is no dearth for lawyers in Chennai, why do you want to hold on to only one lawyer, you may get plenty of lawyers crossing you, engage one whom you may find genuine. You can find many lawyers of Chennai from this LCI database itself.
