Respected sir,
I have given the details of my case earlier also. I have won the divorce case at family Court but she has appealed at HC Mumbai. I have filed caveat also but does court considers the documents filed at lower court and whether her behavior at court.She does not use to come even after no. Of calls from court.While counciling initially at court she said herself she does not want to stay with me then now why she applied at HC.

you have to oppose her appeal in the high court.

Author need to put fact of case in precise manner in same threat only so that one could understand what exactly the problem.
