photo copy of freehold registry of flat

Sir,
I intend selling my flat in Ghaziabad, the prospective buyer wants to avail loan facility. For this purpose the mediater(dealer) wants photocopy of my free hold registered deed. Pleae advise :

1. Is it okay to give the Photocopy of the deed ?

2 If okay to give what are the precaution to be taken to avoid its miss use ?

1. It is okay to give the photocopy of the deed to the prospective buyer. Always preserve the original sale deed of the property, which is also known as conveyance deed or purchase deed with you, in case the deal falls apart remember to collect all the documents handed to the buyer for his purpose of securing the loan.

Sir,

Now I am being told that they need photocpy of both the sides - especially the back were all the details of the record of the Registrars' office is annotated. Is it okay ?
