Dear Seniors,
Is there any website or any other way to know about that if any case is/was registered against me in police records?.. I have a Police Verification for govt job so I must ensure that if there any case was registered against me or not.. Reason behind this query is I have some police related problems (Already reviewed for suggestion in my previous queries) in past.. So Please suggest seniors..Its a matter of my whole life..please help..

The inquiry for their status is to be made from jurisdictional PS.

The verification is to be thru jurisdictional PS where you reside as per information provided by you to recruiter. IN case the PS are maintaining digital record and are interconnected, or per inquiry other cases/complaints/matters may surface.
Hope you have not concealed anything in employment applications and won’t conceal in any affidavits also and shall post as per information asked in documents sent to you..
In any case, settle the complaints/matters that are known to you.

DEar Client,, as per mandatory requirements police maintains a case diary in short is called CD and it can never be produced in the case for accused to see and it is regarded an confidential document, but if to refresh memory of police it is used in the court then accused can also demand to see, otherwise NO. The other document which is called General Diary or GD inshort is called Roznamcha in Hindi/Urdu heartland of India, and there it contains daily activities of police and anyone can demand it from the police and it is even supplied with the chargesheet also or can be copied from the record room of the courts with fee.Police can be contradicted on his activities on that particular day but even if contradiction or no entries of the event of the day is found,certain prejudiced judge do not take any notice of this discrepancy. If you have solid grounds of your defence then rely on those and do not go for technicalities because those are only embelishment as rule of law is always in the favor of powerfuls

Even if Even if you are able to know that there is any case registered against you how would you propose to get police verification rectified?

@ Mr. Surajit Misra,
Had there been any case registered against you, you would not have asked this question here, rather you would have been in police custody or under trial in a criminal case in the court of law.

Dear Seniors,
Thanks for the suggestions.
Now this is my problem.
I have done an offense 4yrs ago. I got drunk in a not licenced restaurant at alipurduar railway station. I caught by police and I was in their custody for 2hrs.Then I was released by signing i two papers.I think that was bail papers.But the si of the ps was known to us . At the outside of the police station he took 1150 ruppes from us(we 3 friends were there) and took our name on a sheet and left us.After that we didn't heard aboit the incident furthur.My hometown is siliguri . I studied in darjeeling . And the incident happend at alipurduar railway station.
Now I have to be sure that the if there my name is registered in the record of police or court. Then only I will mention in police Verification Form that If I was convicted or charged (in YES or NO). I think that is a right way.
Please suggest.
