I have a query. One of my friend Y purchased a plot and got registered from X who was a AGPA from A. MR. A Has purchased it last year from Mr. B. Recently, we came to know that Mr. B has sold the property by impersonating. And the origin owner has expired. So, what shld Y do? as they have bought by paying all money they had.
