Pls share draft of sub lease agreement & consenent of sublea

Dear Senior's

This is Nazar from chennai actually one of my client want to take the commercial sub lease premises so i required to prepare sub lease agreement as well as consent of sublease from landlord.

Because presently tenant occupying 10000 sqft of premises now present tenant planning to give the premises under sub tenant .

And this is my first client which has individually handling so pls shared the draft and provide your valuable comments.
